Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager

We have an urgent requirement for a Contract Project  Analyst / Junior Project Manager with experience on Infrastructure Upgrades and Integrations as well as exposure to Business Continuity programmes. Our clients are looking for someone to start by early February start so we have a very strong preference for candidates available to deploy on site immediately / on a weeks’ notice. The successful candidate will have strong Project Coordination experience on Infrastructure Projects, with hardware replacement / refresh elements. We’re looking to speak to seasoned professionals, capable of hitting the ground running, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ client facing experience in this type of Infrastructure focused Project environment, with prior experience on desktop +/ hardware migrations / integrations  / mergers.  We’re looking to speak to contractors with strong stakeholder engagement, documentation and communication skills comfortable delivering in this kind of dynamic and fluid environment. Prior experience participating in Business Continuity planning and running DR exercises is very strongly preferred as part of the role will involve participation in Business Continuity Planning and BCP tests /  dry runs.  Knowledge on using tools like Visio, Project or Teams to manage project milestones would be advantageous. In terms of professional certifications candidates should hold a formal Project Management Certification. This role requires an on-site presence 3 days a week in Citywest.
