ServiceNow Architect

We have an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding consultancy firm as a ServiceNow Architect. The successful candidate will have in depth ServiceNow knowledge and a proven track record of designing solutions leveraging the capabilities of the platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow solutions for our customer’s client base. S/he will provide technical leadership on ServiceNow and will be required to align proposed solutions with end client requirements.

Technical Experience

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Strongly Preferred
• Significant experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at the Enterprise level
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and development, including Glide, Flow Designer, Scoped Apps, REST/SOAP, and MID Servers. SME in multiple areas of the ServiceNow core platform modules or the IT Service Management
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core Modules: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), HRSD, CSM, SecOps. Proficient in Scripting and integration frameworks as well as having good exposure to the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and platform performance optimization.
• Strong overall Cloud experience across other tools and platforms

The successful candidate will be degree educated in Computer Science or a related discipline and will have numerous ServiceNow professional certifications. As indicated above candidates with the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect qualification will be prioritised.

In terms of soft skills, the successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills. A proven track record in a client facing consultancy capacity would be a significant advantage. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow market in Ireland and the UK would also be preferred.
