3rd Line Wintel / VMWare Engineer – Contract

Are you an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer with a strong Wintel & VMware background? We have an ASAP requirements for an experience L3 resource with strong client facing skills for a role on site in Dublin City Centre. We are looking to speak to Senior Virtualisation / Wintel Engineers with strong client facing skills who would be interested in a really interesting, challenging and varied 3 month rolling contract role as the Lead Engineer on site and ultimate technical escalation point on site for Wintel/VMWare

The primary purpose of the role is to provide project support and delivery of services for a dynamic suite of clients primarily in the greater Dublin area. This is a client facing, office-based role. Ther role has come about as someone has left the client site, this role is a key position in our clients’ organisation as they reshape and re-hone their priorities.

Candidates must have a proven track record as a Lead or Escalation Engineer in a Wintel Environment and must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the majority of the following, professional certification is a distinct advantage: Active Directory/Group Policies, Microsoft Exchange M365/ Office365, Windows Servers / Microsoft Azure, Virtualisation – VMware, Citrix. Backup & Recovery technologies, Networking TCP/IP, Cisco, Storage (SAN/NAS), HP-UX, Security
