Business Intelligence Analyst

We’ve a requirement for a BI Analyst with strong knowledge across SQL, SQL Server and Power BI with experience developing Power BI Dashboards and generating insights for the user community. The successful candidate will have 5+ years operating as a senior BI Analyst and be comfortable, sitting with Business Unit Leads, understanding their specific challenges, defining requirements and designing BI solutions to serve business unit needs. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills in order to successfully collaborate with senior business unit owners to understand their data and reporting needs.

Key Deliverables

Work closely with key stakeholders to define and document business requirements for BI solutions.

Leverage BI experience  to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, assisting colleagues in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide key stakeholders with a clear understanding of business performance and metrics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field

Proficiency in BI & Data Management /Analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SQL Server.

Significant experience  in Business Intelligence covering both data modelling and data visualisation.

Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and best practices.

Experience on data integration and ETL would be advantageous
