Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to act as the lead Support engineer across our clients D365 instance. The ideal candidate will come from a background on AX or Navision Support and be very comfortable supporting business users at the enterprise level.

The successful candidate will support D365 users in their day-to-day operational use of Dynamics, plan for upgrades and enhancements and work with the D365 customisation tools to develop client specific reports and enhancements / customisations over time. We’re looking to speak to support professionals with in-depth experience Supporting across Finance and Operations in Microsoft Dynamics and its precursor systems and a proven track record in delivering value by leveraging the system to drive efficiencies and benefits across the business.

S/He will come from a degree background in Computer Science or Business and have a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365. This role is a contract role based on site in Dublin, it would suit someone with their own transport because of where the client site is located.
