ERP Business Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an experience contract ERP BA to work in a  client facing role assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system. The successful candidate should be comfortable running workshops, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, identifying system gaps, and supporting ERP implementation and optimization projects. Responsibilities include preparing functional specifications, coordinating testing, supporting data migration, and assisting with user training and change management.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, client facing skills and problem-solving skills, along with experience using ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle

The candidate must have:

• 8+ years ERP Business Analysis experience
• Proven ERP implementation experience in multi-entity organisations
• Strong workshop facilitation capability
• Experience in process mapping and process standardisation
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Experience producing BRD, FRD, NFR, and fit-gap documentation
• Experience with ERP design and implementation lifecycle
• Strong understanding of ERP configuration vs customisation approaches
• Experience supporting UAT and testing preparation

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• ERP cloud transformation experience
• Experience with Intact IQ / GenetiQ ERP (desirable)
• Experience in Finance and Supply Chain ERP modules
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations
• Experience in change management and organisational transformation
• Experience working within governance-led ERP programmes
