Quantity Surveyor – Data Centres

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ideally with 5+ years PQE. Our client specialises in the refurbishment and fit out of Data Centres and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with significant exposure to Data Centre build / refurb programmes to join their expanding team.

Candidates should have a minimum of a BSc degree background in quantity surveying, SCSI memberships would be preferable but is not required. Significant exposure to the unique challenges of refurbishing and building data centres is a pre requisite.  You will be joining an existing team which has grown significantly over the past few years, The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a dynamic environment, to demanding client deadlines.
