Scality Reliability / Storage Engineer

We’ve an immediate contract requirement for a Scality Reliability / Storage Engineer. The successful candidate will be managing  operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing Scality’s distributed S3-compatible object storage systems and have an in-depth understanding of Scality technologies like Ring and ARTESCA

The successful candidate will have a proven track record maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising Scality instances of > 10 PBs with strong experience on driving performance, scalability, cyber-resilience, and operational reliability.

In terms of technical background in addition to Scality SME experience, the successful candidate will have exposure to Linux, Cloud Storage: RAID, HDD/SSD/NVMe, IOPS etc, Object Storage, Distributed Systems, Networking, Cyber Resilience, especially with respect to data protection, backup/recovery and data durability.
